GIF Maker Tool is lets you convert video files to GIF files, as well as perform a number of tasks to make that GIF just the way you want it.

Comprehensive Tools

GIF Maker Tool houses a healthy batch of tools that you might find yourself needing when creating that perfect GIF. You can resize or crop the original video, add captions in a range of different styles, even change the color of the video. You can also reverse the direction which the GIF plays, or alter the frame rate. Settings can be saved for future GIFs making life a little easier if you are likely to use the app regularly. GIF Maker Tool is limited in the files it supports to only those that Apple's Quicktime supports. While this is still a large number of files, it's not comprehensive. There is also no feature to create new GIFs from image sets or slideshows, only convert from video files.

Could be Better

As a straightforward GIF conversion app, GIF Maker Tool is fine. As a pay-for GIF conversion suite, it would be nice to have a few more features and a nicer looking interface. It should also be noted that the output GIF is often not smooth.
